For those of you who missed the club meeting today, here is a basic outline of what we covered.

2. Community Service Opportunities

a) Pink Palace- Family Fun Free Day- March 10* (Saturday- SAT)
-Greet visitors, help with crafts and activites, etc.

b) Shelby Farms Park Alliance- Earth Day- April 22 (Sunday)

c) Memphis Botanic Garden
-Daffodil Dash- March 25 (Sunday)- Race registration, helping with children’s activities, setting up the course
-Family Egg Hunt- April 7 (Saturday)- Help with set-up, crafts, and games

d) St. Peter Villa Rehabilitation and Nursing Center- 5K Walk/Run- April 14* (Saturday- ACT)
-set-up/clean up, passing out water, etc.

e) Also Discussed:
-Walk for Children
-Relay for Life- May 4-5
-School Beautification Days

3. Entertainment- Opportunities to hang out with other club members, bond, and get to know one another!

a) LaserQuest Party? (very tentative)- $8-13 per person if it happens

b) Shelby Farms Beta Blast! —March 24, 12:00-4:00 Food, Fun, and Games! (More details to come)

4. Concert Planning

a) -After school meetings every other monday to discuss concert plans.
-Attendance is NOT mandatory, these are simply opportunities for members to provide input and voice their opinions.

b) May 25th is the confirmed date for the concert as of now
